What types of homes can be put on the sites? Up to 28' x 54', manufactured, double-wide homes with shingled roofs fit on most lots. Larger homes can be accommodated on some buffer and corner lots. To protect uniformity within the park, all homes, building additions, and other improvements must be approved by the management. A licensed Florida contractor is on site for placement of manufactured houses and supervision of construction of other improvements.

Due to our elevation, several different television channels can be received using only an antenna. Cable is available within the park and 18-inch Direct-TV dishes may be installed on the roof. Also available is Roadrunner for internet connections.
A total of 278 lots are serviced with city utilities (including city water and sewer) Local bank financing is available with a minumum of 20% down, and you may even sell or sublease a home in Heartland Estates. The on-site owner/manager will put your home on a sublease roster and take care of the details for you, or you may sell your home yourself or have Heartland Estates act as your agent.
